〔記者顏真真／台北報導〕渣打銀行29日表示，台灣的經濟開始回溫，預期今年下半的經濟成長將回升至3%至4%，目前仍維持台灣今年全年經濟成長率有3%水準的預估，這是目前各家機構中最樂觀的預期，同時，渣打也預估，明年台灣經濟成長率有4.3%，央行並可能在第一季開始升息。
