〔記者陳思豪／台北報導〕海基會秘書長高孔廉30日表示，目前海協會長陳德銘來台事宜，只做了一些初步規劃，但傾向定位為「經貿之旅」，至於是否會見陸委會主委王郁琦？高孔廉意有所指的說「兩岸政治環境有其差距存在」，暗示兩人屆時會面的機率可能不會太高。
