〔記者黃玿琮／台中報導〕和平警分局梨山分駐所於31日晚間，接獲民眾線報，稱有2名男子駕駛疑似載有木頭的貨車，由臺8線德基往梨山方向行駛；員警接報後隨通報南投縣警察局仁愛分局榮興派出所協助攔截，當場起出20大塊被支解的扁柏，全案依竊盜、違反森林法等罪嫌移送偵辦。
