〔記者黃志政／台中報導〕台中市政府什麼都委外，連供民眾公共使用的公園也訂了「臺中市公園委託經營管理辦法」草案，準備請廠商來經營，結果提到市政會議時就被「打槍」，市長胡志強認為「公園不能變夜市」，將草案退回重擬。
