天燈危險　美消防署籲禁施放

【周佩萱╱綜合外電報導】美國消防署署長全國協會(The National Association of State Fire Marshals)提出警告表示天燈是無法控制的危險，因為無法預測天燈的走向和最後降落處，要求國家禁止燃放天燈。

今年7月英國就發生天燈落在塑膠回收廠引發大火，造成9百萬美元的損失，不過當地天燈商家表示天燈應該立法規範，而不是全面禁止，並表示他們已改用竹子等天然材質製作天燈，已讓天燈可有機化解，並不會破壞生態。
 
目前已經至少有24個州政府禁止燃放天燈。
