長髮被多剪稱「腰斬」 女告髮型師過失傷害

【陳亮諭／綜合報導】1名李姓女子(40多歲)蓄髮20多年，長髮及腰，挑國慶日到台南挑1家髮廊剪髮，表明只要剪髮尾5公分，事後指控設計師修剪過多，剪去約10至15公分；李女控告髮廊女老闆及髮型設計師。 今日出版的《自由時報》報導，李女說，高中畢業後開始留長髮，長度達腰、臀部，考量民間有長髮修剪「腰斬」的禁忌，久久才挑日子剪一次；上月剪髮質疑設計師修剪過多，形同「腰斬」，與店家起爭執，怒告女老闆涉嫌傷害、妨害名譽、妨害自由等罪，髮型師被告業務過失傷害。
