【連欣儀／綜合外電報導】受惠於美國第3季經濟成長率（年化季增率）優於預期，以及歐洲央行（European Central Bank，ECB，歐銀）意外降息1碼，激勵美股小紅開出，其中道瓊工業指數繼昨天收盤創歷史新高後，今早盤續創新高，一度小漲0.3%至15797.68點。
