【鉅亨網編譯潘天佑 綜合外電】美歐之間跨大西洋貿易與投資夥伴 (Transatlantic Trade and Investment Partnership，TTIP) 協議的談判議程原本訂在10月舉行，不過由於當時美國聯邦政府因預算問題而導致部份關閉，談判因此被延後。美歐第3輪自貿談判預訂在 12 月 16 至 20 日，於美國華盛頓舉行。而本周要舉行的第2 輪談判，內容將涵蓋服務業、投資、能源及原物料等領域。
