〔記者黃玿琮／台中報導〕18歲青年因腸胃不適，意外發現罹患糖尿病，且血糖高達580mg/dl，就診查出已出現心血管併發症。臺中慈濟醫院新陳代謝科黃怡瓔主任呼籲，有糖尿病家族史必須及早篩檢及預防，以避免年紀輕尚未成年，就已產生慢性併發症的遺憾。
