【鉅亨網記者周康玉 台北】在台灣不少小型網路賣家卻受限於資本門檻未達標準，消費者只能用匯款方式購買商品，侷限小型網路賣家的銷售市場，有鑑於此，金管會昨(13)日表示，將開放銀行作為支付平台，提供網路代收費用服務。
