〔記者鄧富珍／彰化報導〕財團法人燕景基金會今年捐贈一輛3.49噸鷗翼行動圖書車予縣府文化局，14日這輛載滿圖書的行動車正式啟航，開始接受學校申請做巡迴服務，並由副縣長柯呈枋主持啟動儀式，感謝燕景基金會游景明先生和游曾燕女士的付出。
