一對夫妻日前向新竹地方法院訴請離婚，謝男控妻不愛洗澡，「做愛變種折磨」，黃女則指夫食言未將房產過戶。法院認為這對夫妻出庭如同陌生人，互相指責無法繼續婚姻，判這對怨偶離婚。

《聯合報》報導，黃女稱自己重視衛生，但3年前動盲腸手術後，無法再行房。謝男婚前承諾過戶給她新北市房屋一半所有權，她因此繳了一半房貸，但謝男卻反悔食言。

謝男則指責黃女衛生習慣差，每次和妻子嘿咻時「被體位薰到受不了」，無法盡興魚水之歡。

法官認為2人已無感情，且半年前已分居，婚姻中的互信、誠摯基礎已消失，判准離婚。
