中國內蒙古沙漠中，一間即將落成的飯店，以特殊方法建造，完全不用鋼筋與水泥，更強調飯店使用水，可以自給自足。

這家位於內蒙古響沙灣沙漠的蓮花酒店，利用鋼板固定於流沙中，讓類似巨型盛沙容器的飯店「懸浮」在黃沙上，沒有用到鋼筋水泥，施工中，連水也沒用到，酒店預計今年3月完工開幕。
