中國遼寧省大連市街頭，近1個多月來，接連發生3宗女子被人將未熄滅煙頭，塞進羽絨衣中的事件。所幸能及時發現，未致受傷，但也因此，當事人均沒有報警。

不過，受害者將被燒出大洞的羽絨衣照片放上網路，引來網友圍觀，紛紛懷疑是有人蓄意為之。
