誠品生活上櫃 承銷價156元

誠品集團子公司誠品生活今天以承銷價156元掛牌上櫃，承銷券商國泰證表示，超過14萬人申購，中籤率僅1.55%。

國泰證表示，誠品生活2010年自母公司誠品分割獨立，針對國內外不同地方特性打造不同調性的特色書店、生活風格商場、藝文展演活動和美食餐旅事業，國內外共有42個據點，總經營坪數超過6萬坪。

國泰證認為，誠品生活具高人氣及品牌效益，去年前3季營收75.4億元，年成長11.55%，稅後純益2.4億元，也大幅成長25.6%，每股稅後純益(EPS)5.86元。
