老舊房屋仍然要課徵房屋稅

財政部指出，屋齡並非免徵房屋稅的要件，也不是判斷房屋免徵的標準，只有住家用房屋現值在新台幣10萬元以下者，才能免徵房屋稅。因此，不論屋齡多久，房屋現值超過10萬元者，都要課徵房屋稅。
