〔記者孫偉倫／台北報導〕總統馬英九今（30）日宣布第一階段年金制度改革方案，同時承諾退休後放棄領取18％優存。民進黨主席蘇貞昌回應表示，國人關心的是整體年金制度，不是總統個人領不領18％的問題，他並反問，「這代表18％還要繼續存在嗎，好像不想改嘛？」
