2009年間，楊姓賭場業者想在大安警分局的轄區開設麻將賭場，為避免遭取締，透過關係認識偵查隊員王裕鑌、趙家驄、林以夫、崔金珂達成「關照」的共識，會視情況通風報信，包庇賭場。王裕鑌代表收下15萬元賄款及洋酒3盒。台灣高等法院今審結，依貪汙罪分別判處王裕鑌10年6月、趙家驄10年6月、林以夫10年2月、崔金珂12年徒刑。本案可上訴。
