年金改革讓勞工保費逐年調漲，退休金卻縮水，被質疑不合理，但銓敘部卻擬訂出公務人員月退基本下限，認為為維持公務員退休基本水準，未來各項月退所得不會低於3萬2160元。

全國產業總工會秘書長謝創智質疑，就算勞工以最高薪資4萬3900元投保30年，勞保老年給付年金每月也只能領2萬元，公務人員卻受此保護。綠委和民眾也大呼不公平。
