內閣性別比例倒退13年　婦團籲新內閣挽救

婦女新知基金會今天發出聲明，指出2013年初行政院長陳冲任內42位閣員，僅有6名女性，比例只有14.3％，倒退回13年來的新低點，違反馬總統2008年競選時所承諾的4分之1（25％）。婦女新知呼籲在江宜樺院長即將上任時刻，挽救13年來最低的內閣性別比例，實現當初馬總統的政見。

該會批判，陳冲內閣不但形式上的性別比例大開倒車，在實質的國家性別平等政策推動上，閣員中主責行政院性別平等處與各部會溝通協調的政務委員，更是對缺乏性別平權運動經驗的男性。導致陳冲內閣下的長照服務體制，派遣勞工的性別平等權利，性別平等教育及相關教師手冊採行都一再延宕。
