戴爾併購案傳利多　助漲道瓊99點

戴爾(Dell)可望以244億美元獲併購案，有助增加市場動能，將為史上最大併購案之一；科技股帶動美股漲勢，道瓊收漲99點，歐洲3大股市同步上揚。

美國股市
道瓊工業平均指數收高99.22點或0.71%至13979.30。
Nasdaq指數收高40.41點或1.29%至3171.58。
S&P 500指數收高15.58點或1.04%至1511.29。
費城半導體指數收高6.51點或1.57%至420.69

歐洲股市
英國倫敦金融時報指數上漲35點，收在6282點
德國法蘭克福指數上漲26點，成為7664點
法國證商公會指數上漲34點，來到3694點
俄羅斯股市上漲1點，成為1614點
巴西股市下跌130點，成為5萬9444點
