關廠工人臥軌抗議　依公共危險罪送辦

16年前多家大廠惡意關廠、積欠勞工資遣費，勞委會當年以貸款名義代償，去年卻向勞工提告追款，引發勞團激烈抗爭。昨勞團蛋洗勞委會後轉赴台北車站臥軌，以肉身阻擋火車抗爭。勞工激動哭喊：「年關難過，不如死了算了！」

台鐵表示，昨晚勞工抗爭造成40班車誤點，影響10600名旅客；鐵路警察逮捕7名工會幹部及前來聲援的世新大學教授黃德北，移送法辦，檢方昨晚偵訊後，認為8人涉公共危險罪，針對毛姓主嫌限制住居，其餘7人訊後請回。
