〔大陸新聞中心／綜合報導〕上海檢驗檢疫局5日透露，2012年，該局為上海地區出口企業簽發ECFA原產地證4015份，簽證金額2.99億美元，分別同比增長超55%、逾90.04%。上海檢驗檢疫局稱，以5%關稅優惠幅度計算，這些證書可以為上海企業減免關稅1495萬美元，大大增強了產品在臺灣市場的競爭力。
