〔大陸新聞中心／綜合報導〕已有46家台灣外匯指定銀行及境外金融機構，與中國銀行台北分行簽署清算協定並完成開戶手續，並自6日起正式開辦人民幣業務。而在海峽彼岸，為配合大陸銀行開辦新台幣業務，台灣銀行上海分行作為新台幣在大陸的清算行，也已啟動相關準備工作。
