評陳冲內閣65分　黃偉哲：被馬弄同情分加5分

行政院長陳冲今天率內閣總辭，民進黨立委黃偉哲評陳冲內閣為65分，他說原本只想給60分，多的5分是同情分。

黃偉哲說，在馬總統要撤換陳冲之前，只想給60分，「不過馬英九這樣弄他，增加同情分，65分！」
