結構債案 馬志玲夫婦二審判7年4月

元大集團創辦人馬志玲、杜麗莊夫婦，被控的結構債弊案，台灣高等法院上午二審宣判，合議庭認定，在94年間為規避元大投信出清結構債的損失，由旗下元京證券高價買進元大股票，造成元京證4.4億多元的損失，依違反證交法的背信罪，改判馬志玲夫婦各7年4月徒刑。
