天候不佳 馬祖疏運啟動Ｃ計畫

民航局表示，馬祖南竿機場從5日到7日下午因天候不佳航機暫停起降，今天上午滯留馬祖機場旅客人數約200人，且今晚基隆往馬祖船班可能因海象不佳停航。

今天馬祖當地天候情況佳，南竿、北竿各次民航機各班次都正常飛航，但因民航機能量不足，所以民航局協調國防部啟動疏運Ｃ計畫，調派二架C130運輸機在松山機場待命，協助疏運滯留旅客，每機每趟可搭70人，今天共執行三趟飛航任務。
