騎機車無故被殺成植物人

48歲的蔡姓彰化縣民不滿被婚姻介紹所騙走約8萬元，去年7月間，氣沖沖地騎機車到雲林準備向介紹所討錢，途中等紅燈，他因心急要前方黃姓婦女讓路，黃女不理會，他竟持刀從背後刺了1刀，傷及動脈送醫救回一命，卻已成植物人，蔡雖自首但今天仍被雲林地方法院依殺人未遂罪重判7年2個月。

法院指出，蔡姓男子被雲林縣二崙鄉一家婚姻介紹所騙走8萬元，去年7月5日騎機車從彰化趕到雲林，準備向介紹所討回欠款，途中行經雲林縣西螺鎮埔心路口遇紅燈，他因心急直按喇叭要前方騎機車的黃姓婦女讓路，準備闖紅燈趕往二崙，不料黃女不理會。

蔡供稱，他當時滿腦子急著要趕去討錢，前方的人又不讓路，讓他又急又氣，一怒之下，才會拿刀從黃女背後行刺，這把刀是在彰化買的，帶著為討錢壯膽用的，沒想到會用來殺一個毫無關係，且互不相識也無深仇大恨的路人。
