估初四出現北返車潮　恐280萬車上國道

明天大年初四開始，高公局預估會開始出現北返車潮，明天預估有280萬輛次。

高公局在明天和後天實施高乘載管制，明天上午9時到下午3時國1北上高雄到內壢、國3北上九如到大溪實施高乘載，國5則是下午2到8時在蘇澳至頭城北上實施高乘載。
