AT&T訴訟 友達未回應

針對美國聯邦上訴法院部分恢復AT&T公司對友達光電等液晶顯示（LCD）面板製造商，提起的操縱價格訴訟，因春節假期聯絡不上，友達未做回應。

美國法院去年以友達操縱面板價格，違反「反托辣斯法」判決友達有罪，須繳交5億美元罰金，友達已事前提列部分損失，友達農曆年前舉行法人說明會指出，反托辣斯法相關民事案件，仍在去年第4季認列相關費用約新台幣33億元。

因此，AT&T此次訴訟，對友達財報影響有待觀察。
