藍：江宜樺繳1萬元回復黨籍

    　中國國民黨務人士今天說，行政院副院長江宜樺是繳新台幣1萬元，回復黨籍並成為終身黨員。

    　媒體報導，國民黨中央常務委員李德維說，為何黨員要繳5年黨費才能選黨主席，有人只繳200元回復黨籍就能當行政院長？

    　國民黨務人士上午表示，民國96年8月8日經中常員會修正通過「中國國民黨黨員繳納黨費辦法」規定，補繳黨費上限為5年，「黨員依規定應繳納黨費而未繳交者，暫停一切黨權。黨員補繳未繳期間之黨費後4個月，始恢復應有黨權，但補繳最多以追溯5年為限」。

    　他舉例，如果有人6、7年未繳黨費，申請回復黨籍者，最多補繳上限5年；如果有人3年未繳黨費，只要繳3年黨費，不是一次須繳5年黨費。1020217
