〔大陸新聞中心／綜合報導〕在中國歷史上，有關性教育的記載始於東漢。建初四年（西元79年），皇帝主持召開了一次全國規模的經學學術會議。這次會議制定了有關經學各個問題的標準答案，並由班固將之整理編撰為《白虎通德論》（簡稱《白虎通》）。這部對後世產生深遠影響的《白虎通》，十分明確地規定了貴族子弟在「闢雍」學宮必須學習的各種技藝，除了禮儀、音樂、舞蹈、寫作、射箭、騎馬、駕車等，在課程中居然還有性教育。
