〔記者莊漢昌／台南報導〕市議員陳文科鑑於安平港的年貨運量已從7年前的1150噸，萎縮到目前的不足120噸，29日要求市府經發局盡快找船進行兩岸通航，將台南市的農產品直銷對岸開拓市場，為農民帶來商機，增加地方稅收。他並呼籲市長賴清德不要以意識型態排斥與大陸接觸，要以老百姓生機為重。賴清德表示，只要對台南市有幫助，他都會接受。
