〔記者莊漢昌／台南報導〕由於市府對肉品市場的遷移案仍舉棋不定，市議員林炳利29日在市政總質詢表達地方要求遷移的心聲，揚言肉品市場不遷就抗爭。市長賴清德表示，肉品市場公會陳情不要遷移，然因該處緊鄰安南醫院，豬隻的吵雜聲，已影響住院病人的安寧，加上豬隻的排泄物與日本腦炎有關連，對就醫民眾也不公平，市府認為還是要遷移，但新址難覓。
