〔記者吳毓敏／綜合報導〕全球每年有好幾百萬人申請美國綠卡抽籤，但只有10萬的幸運兒能進入美國綠卡的篩選過程，最後僅5萬人順利獲得綠卡，而這項制度即將在改革提案通過後走入歷史。
