〔記者鄧富珍／彰化報導〕台灣地方鄉鎮層級首創的公民書院「鹿耕講堂」，2日上午在鹿港鎮史館揭牌，這也是鎮長黃振彥推動一系列與振興文風有關的「鹿港新文化運動」的一部份，試圖將鹿耕講堂建立為具公民精神的當代書院，訂於5月4日（五四運動的紀念日）開課。
