劉憶如：證所稅應與經濟連動

　前財政部長、台灣大學財金系教授劉憶如今天表示，她當初無法認同證所稅設課徵門檻辭去財長職務，不應設台股指數達8500點限制，應與經濟成長率等指標連動才較合理。
