〔記者吳順永／台南報導〕建造烏山頭水庫的八田與一技師，74年前（即1939年），得知東京帝大同學關毅辭世，從台灣總督府寫信給關家遺族表達哀悼的2封信，5/8上午在嘉南農田水利會舉行「八田與一技師信函贈與典禮」。
