〔記者林修卉／台北報導〕民進黨中國事務委員會9日召開，前行政院長謝長廷凌晨有感而發，寫下一首詩，題目為《憲法的綠色呢喃》，他說，「當你深情凝視她的時候，就會發現我們的憲法也是有生命的。」
