北市一名OL參加公司舉辦的烤肉派對，飲酒後不省人事，醒來卻發現上身赤裸躺在飯店房間，事後得知陳姓男老闆找郭姓女同事一起幫她脫衣，怒告兩人妨害自由，並當庭採驗下體DNA，才驚覺遭陳男性侵。

北檢昨依乘機性交罪將陳男起訴，郭女不知陳男犯行，獲不起訴。
