熱帶氣旋將至 緬西難民臨危機

　根據氣象預報，馬哈山（Mahasen）熱帶氣旋將侵襲緬西若開邦（Arakan），7萬多名棲身難民營的洛興雅（Rohingya）穆斯林處境堪虞，緬甸政府今天開始遷移部分難民。
