〔記者呂炯昌／台北報導〕我國漁民遭菲律賓漁政船野蠻槍殺，為了宣誓護漁決心，海軍與海巡署船艦昨（16）日穿越北緯20度線進行演習。國防部17日發布新聞稿表示，「並無所謂穿越北緯20度線之爭議存在。」
