菲律賓司法部長「德莉瑪」說，菲律賓和我國達成共識，「合作調查」我國漁民洪石成遭菲律賓海岸防衛隊射殺的案子。另外，他也同意我國檢察官登上涉案的菲律賓公務船「MCS-3001」查看，同時讓他們檢視船上取下的槍枝。
