〔記者顏真真／台北報導〕富邦金控董事長蔡明忠24日認為，景氣確實令人堪慮，但他個人認為，今年台灣經濟成長率可能會勉強達到3%，下半年景氣會比較好一點，也希望鄰近國家匯率能夠趨穩，讓出口恢復動能。他還說，匯率競貶，對產業長期也不見得是好事，央行的作法是穩健的作法。
