〔記者楊伶雯／台北報導〕在國際股市重挫下，台股24日持續整理，終場下跌28.05點，以8209.78點作收，力守8200點關卡，成交值僅800餘億元。台新高股息平衡基金經理人劉宇衡表示，台股後市能否續強，要觀察美國QE（量化寬鬆政策）及成交量能的變化，在短線漲多下，震盪恐加大。
