〔記者林修卉／台北報導〕前總統陳水扁昨日已由民進黨立法院黨團總召柯建銘，代為申請加入民進黨，並已送件至台北市黨部。前新黨立委趙少康今（24）日受訪表示，這是一個「巧門」，以後民進黨所有犯罪的人，在定讞之前退黨，不用受到5年的限制。
