〔社會中心／台中報導〕台中霧峰一幢民宅由於建商偷工減料，導致在民國88年間921大地震時牆壁倒塌，造成一婦人死亡。但由於追訴期已過，法院判決免訴，建商因而逃過牢獄之災。
