12歲女兒遭男友性侵　母竟斥說謊

基隆市一名育有2名女兒的單親媽媽，年前與男友朱姓男子（47歲）交往同居，去年八8月，該男對其年僅12歲的大女兒指姦猥褻，被害女童向學校師長反映，母親得知後卻選擇相信同居男友否認說法，不但痛斥女兒說謊，還姑息男友利用手機利誘，迫女兒改口，不料3個月後，惡男再度伸出狼爪性侵，該母當時因與男友吵架，才轉變態度向警舉發色男友惡行。

朱男到警局說明時堅稱：「不是我做的、我沒有做，你們沒有證據。」態度十分惡劣，偵訊後警方已將朱男依強制性交罪嫌送辦，並遭檢方收押。
