【鉅亨網記者陳俐妏 台北】中油高雄煉油廠第二低硫燃油工場昨天中午氫氣外洩引發火警，火勢於下午2點撲滅，無人員傷亡。據了解，工場可能停工1-2個月，預估低硫燃油產能將減少1-2成。但對工業用燃料油、民生用汽柴油及石化基本原料的供應不致發生影響。
