披風裸男騎車趴趴走　稱「裝備不齊」

美國威斯康辛州一名56歲男子，近日以全裸、身上僅穿丁字褲和一件披風，騎著摩托車在路上趴趴走，引來許多民眾側目。

據了解，本月16日附近有一名小學教職員向警方報案，表示當時剛好有許多學生要坐校車，但男子卻經過此處。男子向警方供稱，自己當天只是「裝備不齊」，而且是不小心經過學校附近，並沒有任何猥褻意圖。
